He has served as CFO or Controller for private-equity-backed companies in fintech, insurtech, and wealth technology—leading finance through multiple capital raises and acquisitions—and was a Director at AIG Property Casualty North America responsible for financial reporting across 91 legal entities and Federal Reserve regulatory reporting. Earlier roles include Vice President at Natixis and Controller, Legal Entity Reporting at Morgan Stanley. He is also a U.S. Army officer with over two decades of service, a Bronze Star recipient, and a former company commander in Afghanistan.
