Nearly every one of them re-proves the same fact—that they served—to a different organization every time they seek a benefit, a discount, a program, a job, a loan, or a service. Each proof event means handing a sensitive federal document to an organization that cannot authenticate it and must now store it.
The infrastructure to prove service once and present it many times does not exist. JPT is building it.
